What happens if I add more kiosks?
Pricing is per kiosk, per month. Pair a new iPad and Stripe adds it to your subscription on the next cycle. Remove a kiosk and the line item drops off — you pay only for what's running.
Do you charge transaction fees on top of Square?
No. Order June takes a flat monthly subscription per kiosk. Card processing goes straight through Square at your existing Square rates. Tips go to your staff. Service charges go to the business.
What hardware do I need?
An iPad (10th-gen or newer recommended) and a Square Reader for payments. Receipt printers (Star TSP143IV) and kitchen printers are optional but supported. We pair new iPads in about ten seconds.
Do I need a Square account?
Yes. Square is the payments and catalog source of truth. Connect once via OAuth and your menu syncs in under thirty seconds. Every override you make in Order June lives on top of your canonical Square catalog — Square stays untouched.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Pick any plan, add a card, get full access for 14 days. We send a reminder before the first charge. Cancel from the billing portal any time during the trial and you won't be charged.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the Stripe Billing Portal in your admin. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and your data stays available for export.
